How do I place an order?
To place an order:

Add the desired products to your shopping cart.

You can choose to check out directly through our website or via PayPal.

To continue through our website, click the green "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.

To use PayPal, click the PayPal button instead.

You will be redirected to the Customer Information page, where you'll be asked to enter:

Email address

Full name
-
Shipping address
If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click "Apply" to activate the discount.
Click "Continue to Shipping Method" and make sure your shipping address is correct (especially if it's different from your billing address). Then click "Continue to Payment Method".
Enter your payment details. If applicable, you may choose to use the same information for billing and shipping. Once all fields are complete, click "Complete Order".
You’ll then see an order summary screen and receive an email confirmation.

What if an item is missing or incorrect in my order?
If an item is missing or you received the wrong product, please contact us at service@usskining.com.
Include your order number and a photo of the incorrect item (image file must be under 1MB).
We’ll be happy to send the correct item free of charge. You may keep the incorrect item as our gift.
How do I know my order was successfully placed?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number and purchase details.
I want to change my order. What should I do?
You can modify your order until 11:00 PM PDT (GMT-7) on the day it was placed.

How do I add items to my cart?
Go to the product page, select your preferences, and click “Add to Cart.”
You’ll be redirected to your shopping cart, where you can adjust the quantity next to the product image.
How do I view what’s in my cart?
Click the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. You can:

Remove items by clicking the “Remove” link below the quantity
How do I remove items from my cart?
Click the shopping cart icon at the top-right corner of the page.
Find the item you want to remove and click the “Remove” link below the quantity.
How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?
Click the shopping cart icon at the top-right corner.
Go to the quantity field next to the item, enter your desired amount, and the total will update automatically.
