When will I receive my order?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days after the order is placed. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on carrier availability and destination.
Please note that delays may occur if the shipment is subject to customs clearance or inspection, or due to carrier service disruptions. We apologize in advance for any such delays.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $2.99 USD to all destinations worldwide.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently offer worldwide shipping.

Shipping address changes can only be made before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the day the order is placed.

Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, shipping to an address other than your billing address is allowed.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped on regular business days (excluding holidays).
Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
