Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced.
If the order is cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers are only required to pay for one shipping fee (including return shipping); no restocking fee will be charged for returned products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received it.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
